He Is for Us

What then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Romans 8:31

Hello friends! Welcome back to Blogtober! Today is day four. Our comfort today is that God is for us. I don't know about you, but to think that the Lord of all the heavens, the earth, the galaxies could be for me, blows my mind. But he is and nothing can take that from me. He is with me.

Romans 8:31 is one of my favorite verses and is the reason for the name of my blog. I even have this written in my ‘about’ page: ‘I named this blog Faith Over Fear because if we can rely on God, we can be truly fearless; because if God is for us, no one can be against us.' We really can rely on God. And as I’ve said before in my blogs; He is stronger than any earth boulder we could lean on. That is our certainty, that is our confidence, that is our comfort.

So, wrap yourself in the comfort of that today, my friends because if the Lord almighty is for you, who could possibly be against you?
