He Saved me

Hello friends! Welcome back to 30 Days of Gratitude. Today I am thankful for the Son of God, Christ.

I am thankful that He died for me. That His pure blood was shed so that I may live. That His love poured out for me. That because He died, I can go straight to the father and that I will live with the father one day.

I am thankful that I am forgiven because of what Jesus did. That I am washed white in His blood. I am thankful for the cross. Without Jesus I am nothing; I am thankful that He made me something. That I am no longer a cold dead body blindly roaming, but I am a warm mighty servant filled with His light. Filled with His Spirit. Because of Jesus I have purpose. I have hope. I have a future. I am thankful for that. That God sent Him down. That God humbled Himself so much to step down into flesh and bone just to die for my sake.

I am thankful for Jesus, Christ, Immanuel, Savior, King of kings, Lord of lords, the Son of God. He saved me from the pit. He saved me from myself, from my sins. He saved me from the evil of this world. He saved me from condemnation. H E S A V E D M E....

I am smiling about that today. I am secure. I am sealed. Nothing can take that away from me. Not even death. My friends, find something to be thankful about today. Find joy in something today. Our days are numbered on this earth. Why let depression, anger, sadness, or anxiety prevail; when there is so much good to do and so much to be thankful for and so much praising to do!
