Kneel - Week Two
Hello friends and welcome back to our challenge: kneel. If you don't know what this challenge is, I will give a quick refresher: God has inspired me to kneel every day this month, after doing just that and seeing how God blessed me through it. Not only am I doing this challenge, but I am documenting the things God calls to my attention during this time on the ground, and sharing it with you guys.
If you would like to read the blessings that flow forth on the daily, I have been posting them to my Facebook page. I will put the link here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/201768595122409
After two weeks of kneeling, I feel more attuned to God. Instead of prayer being dedicated to meals and bedtime, I find myself praying throughout the day, as if I'm always in a state of praying. After all, who doesn't always want to be with the person who means everything to them? If He is with me always, as it says in His word, then I want to feel His presence always.
I am still worshiping, praying, and reading from His word on my time on the ground and because I do all of this, I get revelations on the daily. I've learned in order to hear Him, your ears must always be opened to listening and I want my ears to be forever opened to His whispers of love. I want His praise to be forever on my lips.
This week, I've also added a lot of the verses that have stuck out to me, so I won't add them here like last week, but I will leave you with this: I challenge you to kneel, if only for today. Just be in His presence and see what happens. Maybe you will be inspired to take on 30 days of kneeling like me, but if not, kneeling today is a blessing on it's own and one I have found great joy in.
