He Gives us Hope

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Jeremiah 29:11

Hello friends! Welcome back to Blogtober! Today is day twenty-nine. Our comfort today is that God gives us Hope. He is the God of hope. He is our hope!

May the God of hope fill you will all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13

Trust Him! Be filled with all joy and peace.

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Romans 12:12

For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes is it not you? Indeed, you are our glory and joy. 1Thessalonians 2:19

We have the hope that Jesus is coming back for us but, my friends, it isn’t just hope. It is set in stone, it will come to fruition, and it is a secure hope. You are secure!

We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. Hebrews 6:19

You will be secure, because there is hope; you will look about you and take your rest in safety. Job 11:18

Take rest in safety. God will protect you.

But God will never forget the needy; the hope of the afflicted will never perish. Psalm 9:18

Because it is set in stone; our hope will never perish or be cut off! It will never spoil or fade.

There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off. Proverbs 23:18

Know also that wisdom is like honey for you: if you find it, there is future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off. Proverbs 24:14

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you. 1 Peter 1:3-4

He has given us new birth into living hope. It was all because of Christ. He died for us and raised from the dead for us. So, we now have an inheritance that is kept in heaven for us. We have eternal life; He saved us!

He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs have the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:5-7

We are heirs to the inheritance that is the Father and eternal life! That is our hope. He saved us from the pit!

I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches in his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for uswhobelieve. Ephesians 1:18-19

Uswhobelieve; His children and His holy people. We are saved, sealed, marked, sacred. We have the only hope. The only hope that will stand.

For in this hope we are saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. Romans 8:24-25

But the eyes of the LORD are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love. Psalm 33:18

Now that we have that glorious, wonderful, splendid hope; now it’s time to wait patiently for that hope to come to fruition.

I wait for the LORD, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope. Psalm 130:5-6

His written word is where the hope is written. Let us put our hope in those words.

My soul faints with longing for your salvation, but I have put my hope in your word. Psalm 119:81

You are my refuged and my shield; I have put my hope in your word. Psalm 119:114

For everything that as written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope. Romans 15:4

It was promised before the beginning of time and God does not break promises.

In the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the beginning of time and which now his appointed season he has brought light through the preaching entrusted to me by the command of God our savior. Titus 1:2-3

He who saved us is coming so set your hope on the grace.

Therefore, with minds that are alert and full sober, set your hope on the grace to be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed at his coming. 1 Peter 1:13

And in the meantime; praise Him! He saved you!

As for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more. Psalm 71:14

Most of all, friends, have faith.

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1

He is our hope so trust Him and be filled with His joy, peace, and comfort. Jesus is coming back; it is a secure hope. You are secure. Take rest in that. Your hope will never perish or be cut off. Jesus died to give us new birth into living hope. The inheritance of that is kept in heaven for us – eternal life. He saved us from the pit. Uswhobelive have the only hope that will stand, so let us wait patiently for the promise to come to fruition. Let’s put our hope in the word where the promise was written. Look at the grace you have been given and give praise for it. HAVE FAITH!
